Montreal, 2 April 2007 – Virage Simulation Inc. participates at the 42ième congrès de l’Association Québécoise des Transports et des Routes at the Sheraton Montreal from April 2nd to 4th 2007.
Dr. Pierro Hirsch is sharing the results of his research during a presentation entitled “Can we identify the drivers with higher crash risks?” Three different studies provide some information on the level of risk associated with sub-groups of drivers. Each method has its strength and weaknesses. A common weakness is the lack of objective measure. The driving simulator is well known for its pedagogical advantage but could also be the answer to more robust driver assessment and identification of high-risk drivers.
Meet Dr. Hirsch at the conference and the Virage Simulation team in the Exhibit Hall.
